__ Chocolate/Cheese Fountain
We will require access to the desired set up area at least 30 minutes prior to the scheduled start time (for set up) and 30 minutes after the conclusion of our service (for take down). Client is responsible for providing a sturdy, level table capable of supporting the Chocolate Fountain and additional food items. The fountain requires at least one 120 volt circuit within 10 feet of the desired set up area. For health reasons, Client cannot take “left over” chocolate or cheese to go.

5 Gallon Champagne Fountain RENTAL FEE = $50.00
Drop off and pick-up service provided. $100.00 deposit required at time of booking (subject to terms and conditions mentioned below).

PAYMENT TERMS: A $100.00 deposit is required to reserve Royal Cascades Chocolate or Cheese Fountain. The balance is due NO LATER than 7 days prior to the event and can be paid in cash or by check. ($40.00 fee for all returned checks.) Once the balance is paid, no refund shall be made. Make checks payable to Aleida Abreu.
CANCELLATION: This agreement cannot be cancelled, except in writing no later than 14 days prior to the event in order to receive a fund on your deposit. If the Client wishes to cancel after 14 days, Royal Cascades will retain the deposit. Client will hold harmless Royal Cascades in the event of illness, injury, act of God or any other situation beyond the control of Royal Cascades that prevents it from performing. In the event Royal Cascades must cancel the reservation for any reason, Client will be entitled to a full return of deposit, and agrees not to pursue any other damages against Royal Cascades or its owners resulting from the cancellation.
PROVISIONS: Client accepts full responsibility and is liable for any damages, injuries or delays that occur as a result of failure to comply with these provisions. Royal Cascades reserves the right to use any pictures from the event in advertising.
LIABILITY: Client agrees to assume full responsibility and liability for any and all claims arising out of the use of the Chocolate/Cheese fountain or its fountain attendants. Royal Cascades will not be held liable for any injury, allergic reaction, loss or damage directly or consequently arising out of the use or rental of the Chocolate/Cheese fountain. Client will indemnify Royal Cascades against, and hold harmless from all claims, actions, proceedings, costs, damages, and liability including attorney’s fees, arising out of, in connections with, or resulting from the rental of Royal Cascades fountain. Fountains will not be rented for outdoor purposes.
CHAMPAGNE/BEVERAGE FOUNTAIN RENTAL: $100 deposit is fully refundable to Client within 3 days after Royal Cascades has received, inspected, and determined that the fountain is in good condition and is fully operational.
